We operate from Puerto Rico and run infrastructure and operations for multiple portfolio companies and client engagements. Our flagship offer is the InfraOps Base deal: a $500/month subscription that gives small science and AI startups, research labs, specialty clinics, and analytical firms domain, email, website, and a dashboard, so they can look professional and operate without infra headaches.
Role Description
We are seeking an InfraOps Sales Representative to lead prospects through our Base deal funnel and onboard as many customers as possible onto the $500/mo subscription. Your job is to get people into the funnel (ozcorp.io/base), move them through discovery and demos, and close them on the Base plan. This is a commission-only role: you earn up to 20% revenue share on every subscriber you bring in. No base salary; compensation is entirely tied to the recurring revenue you generate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead prospects through the InfraOps Base deal funnel from first touch to subscribed customer.
- Drive traffic and interest to the Base offer (ozcorp.io/base); qualify leads: small science/AI startups, research groups, specialty clinics, analytical firms.
- Run discovery calls, demos, and follow-up; remove friction so prospects convert to the $500/mo subscription.
- Onboard as many new Base subscribers as possible; coordinate with the founder on handoff and activation.
- Track funnel metrics, conversion, and MRR from your pipeline; report on pipeline health and forecast.
Compensation
- Commission only: up to 20% revenue share on Base subscriptions you close (revenue share paid when clients pay us).
- No base salary; uncapped upside: every new $500/mo subscriber you onboard adds to your recurring commission.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation; SaaS or subscription sales a plus.
- Ability to speak credibly about the Base offer (domain, email, website, dashboard) with small teams and technical buyers.
- Self-directed; comfortable running the funnel and closing without a large support team.
- Strong communication and follow-up; CRM or pipeline tracking habits.
